While this is not the case for everyone a lot of people who struggle with their weight also struggle with sugar cravings.

While long-term weight loss and maintenance require a multi faceted approach the following are a variety of suggestions that can help diminish your psychological and physiological desire for sugar.

I do not recommend doing all of these suggestions at the same time but rather encourage you to pick one or two to try.

 Weight-loss Tips for Sugar Cravings:

Pau d’Arco Tea: drink with meals or whenever you crave sugar.

Geranium Essential Oil: rub into the arch of your foot two times per day.

Raw Unpasteurized Organic Apple Cider Vinegar: drink 1-2 teaspoons in a glass of water, 3 times daily before or during meals.

Chlorella Tablets: chew 5 tablets with food, snacks or after eating, at least twice a day.

Gymnema Tablets: take one tablet in your moth and suck on it until it tastes grassy, then swallow with water. You can do this whenever cravings hit.

 Low in Sugar Delicious Recipes:

A weight loss program is not about punishing yourself or taking away your ability to eat delicious food.  Below are some healthy recipes that will satisfy your sweet tooth but will not sabotage your weight loss.
